Framework agreement for the provision of transactional and strategic advisory services. The contract will run for four years or until a financial limit of CZK 250,000,000 excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. It will be open to up to 10 bidders, with mini-competitions conducted under the framework. The core activities include strategic and transactional advisory, and, where necessary, assistance in resolving financial market crises and evaluating plans for transferring activities in the context of an acquisition.
