Bread and cake supply

Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of bread and cakes for Galati Penitentiary under a framework agreement with two lots: Lot 1 bread supply (65,000–110,000 kg; minimum sub-contracts: 5,000 kg; maximum sub-contracts: 30,000 kg) and Lot 2 stuffed cakes (200–1,000 kg; minimum sub-contracts: 50 kg; maximum sub-contracts: 500 kg). Lot 1 framework maximum: 674,300 RON; Lot 2 framework maximum: 29,660 RON; total framework maximum across lots: 703,960 RON. The contract duration is 12 months starting 1 January 2027. Bids are to be submitted electronically in SEAP by 2026-10-29 at 15:00 local time. Award criteria are price (40 points) and quality (60 points). To bid, suppliers must provide the DUAE along with Form 1 and Form 5; Romanian and foreign bidders must prove legal formation in their country of residence, with documents such as ONRC or equivalent provided upon request during evaluation for the top three bidders.
