Summary

The tender concerns a study and analysis of coordination and inter-sectoral cooperation practices in the implementation of policies and measures to support children and families, and the development of a local-level coordination mechanism. The bidder must form a qualified team (one team leader and four key experts) and follow the project schedule, provide required documents and evidence, and deliver an initial report within seven months after contract signing and a final report with summaries in Bulgarian and English, presenting results at organized events and providing materials electronically and in print.
