I/45 Nové Heřminovy - Zátor, Stage I

Summary

The tender concerns the I/45 Nové Heřminovy - Zátor road bypass, Stage I. The project aims to construct an approximately 5.0 km long bypass of the I/45 road between Nové Heřminovy and Zátor, rerouting the existing road and positioning it above the flood level. The works will be carried out according to the BIM 2020 project prepared by the Morava – RD PP consortium; leading partner SHB a.s. The estimated total contract value is CZK 2,433,000,000 excluding VAT. The project duration is about 47 months; tender validity is 10 months; the procedure is open; the bid guarantee is CZK 15,000,000; the submission deadline is 26 October 2026 at 08:00. Award criteria consist of price (weight 90%) and duration of the warranty (weight 10%).
