Operating tables including post-warranty services

Summary

This tender concerns the supply of operating tables with related technologies and the provision of warranty and post-warranty services. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (LOT-0004) includes 5 fixed operating tables for the Central Operating Rooms and Orthopedic Clinic, with accessories and technologies; warranty and post-warranty services. The contracting authority reserves the right to order additional goods and provide post-warranty services within five years: for Lot 1 up to CZK 10,000,000 for extra tables and accessories and up to CZK 1,000,000 for post-warranty services; for Lot 2 up to CZK 3,000,000 for extra tables and up to CZK 300,000 for post-warranty services. The award criteria are life-cycle cost and quality (technical parameters).
