ČZA Humpolec, Nádražní Street – energy-saving reconstruction of the youth home and school building

Summary

The tender concerns energy-saving reconstruction of the ČZA Humpolec youth home and school building. The works aim to improve energy efficiency by upgrading the building envelope insulation, replacement of windows and doors, upgrading the heating source and heating system, upgrading electrical and lighting installations, upgrading ventilation systems and ducts, installation of photovoltaic systems, external shading, MaR systems, and related technical improvements. The project also includes environmental requirements, including a minimum 70% recycling of construction and demolition waste.
