Event organization services for EUAA administrative and operational meetings and events

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of event organization services for EUAA administrative and operational meetings and events across three lots: Moldova, Ukraine, and the Western Balkans. The contractor will deliver high-quality event organization services including conference venue rental, audio-visual and interpretation equipment, catering, coordination of third-party service providers and on-site logistics, preparation of event signage and supporting documents and invoices, as well as arrangements for transport, accommodation, security and medical services and handling of travel and subsistence allowances. The framework contracts are awarded based on two award criteria: quality (weighted 60%) and price (weighted 40%). The tender is open with a submission deadline of 3 November 2026.
