APV support and development for insurance benefits – 2026+

Summary

The APV support and development tender concerns providing support and development services for the APV (application software) system used for insurance benefits. The contract covers takeover services (including setup of a ServiceDesk tool and implementation of monitoring), system operation support (management and maintenance, and user support), system development according to the client’s requirements with training for key users, administrators and end users, expert system support (reconfigurations and parameterization, independent analyses and changes without modifying source code), and contract-exit services. Services must be performed in accordance with the client’s ICT standards as described in the tender documents.
