Climate-adaptive transformation of species-poor forests

Summary

The project aims at climate-adaptive transformation of species-poor forests and increasing forest biodiversity. Measures include planting clumps (kloempen) of 25 trees of the same species and other ecological actions to enhance forest resilience to climate change. The work is divided into five lots (LOT-1 to LOT-5) in the Limburg province of Belgium; each lot includes specified areas and timelines. The project start is 2027-07-01 and end 2028-09-15. Price is the only awarding criterion. The tender submission deadline is 2026-10-26 10:00 CET.
