Provision of cleanliness and grounds-maintenance services on areas administered by the Warsaw Targówek District property management authority

The tender concerns cleanliness and grounds-maintenance services on areas administered by the property management authority of Warsaw’s Targówek District. The services include regular cleaning of paved external areas and green spaces, additional cleaning around Bródno Cemetery during the 2026 All Saints candle campaign, and substitute caretaker services. The estimated service areas include 136,123 m² of paved external areas and 223,206 m² of green areas for regular maintenance, plus 31,800 m² around the cemetery and additional substitute-caretaker areas.
