Summary

The contract concerns conformity control services for the design studies and renovation works of Walloon public housing. The supplier shall perform technical conformity checks on design and construction, verify theoretical and practical works, and produce final attestations and supporting documents to demonstrate compliance with the Fund for Climate (FSC) requirements, including the DNSH principle, energy performance and decarbonisation, as well as fire safety. In addition, the contractor will actively collaborate with other stakeholders to anticipate and develop solutions for project-specific constraints and events, and will manage documentation throughout the contract to ensure ongoing control and evidence gathering.
