CO2 incubator

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of a CO2 incubator (1 unit) including delivery, installation, connection to prepared gas cylinders, initial startup and training for the buyer’s staff. The supplier must provide evidence that the equipment meets the technical specification (via manufacturer catalogs/brochures or equivalent descriptions with clear references to the specified technical characteristics). The CO2 incubator must comply with EU energy efficiency and safety requirements (Directive 2009/125/EC and Directive 2011/65/EU); CE certificates and/or declarations of conformity or manufacturer declarations must be provided as applicable. Delivery is to be made to Kaunas at Tilžės g. 18 (LSMU Veterinary Academy), Building 5, Floor 1, Room 124, within 1 month from contract start, subject to prior agreement on delivery time. The contract foresees a fixed price arrangement and a payment term of 30 calendar days from receipt of invoice. The project under which the procurement is funded is the SweiMa project (Nr. 10-093-K-0093) and the purchase supports the project’s objectives, including environmental and safety considerations.
