Summary

The tender concerns the construction of the Munster Technological University (MTU) High Performance Indoor Athletics Centre (HPAC) at the Bishopstown Campus, Cork. The facility is a partly single-storey and partly three-storey building with associated sports laboratories, classrooms, studios and plant (approx. 5,250 square metres), together with an external roof terrace and landscaping, site and services works. The new facility will be located to the south of the existing running track on the MTU Bishopstown campus and connected to the MTU Arena on the first and second floors.
