The procedure has two stages: admission applications may be submitted during the validity of the dynamic purchasing system, followed by invitations to admitted suppliers to tender for individual contracts. Price is the only award criterion for each lot. Participation requests must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 15:00. No tender guarantee is required, variants are not allowed, electronic invoicing is required and catalogue submission is not allowed.
