Summary

This procurement concerns the use of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to procure contracted Further Education and Training (FET) services and related learner services for Education and Training Boards (ETBs) in Ireland. The DPS may be used to commission vocational, occupational, technical and professional training; industry-certified programmes; digital and green skills initiatives; learner supports; tutor provision; programme administration; assessment and certification support; employer engagement; and workplace learning services. The DPS is primarily intended to support programme delivery and related learner services, and may include adaptations or enhancements to programme content and materials where appropriate. Participation is open to ETBs and is not limited to a single programme area; the DPS is not intended for standalone consultancy services.
