Framework agreement for repair and maintenance of ISU Hunedoara technical fleet vehicles

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for repair and maintenance services for 122 vehicles of the ISU Hunedoara technical fleet, divided into three lots: Lot I – up to 3.5 tonnes; Lot II – over 3.5 tonnes; Lot III – tires and tire maintenance. The contractor will perform mechanical repairs and maintenance, including engine and driveline work, suspension, steering, braking, air conditioning, electrical/electronic systems, as well as bodywork and painting, and tire removal, mounting, balancing and related services. Requirements include a workshop within 15 km of Deva, RAR technical authorization for a multimarker workshop covering all vehicle types in the lots, and compliance with quality management (ISO 9001) and environmental management (ISO 14001/EMAS). The supplier must provide DUAE documentation, manage subcontracting appropriately, and ensure a 12-hour transport capability for immobilized vehicles (Lot I and II). The maximum framework amounts per lot are: Lot I – 1,766,940 RON; Lot II – 4,541,000 RON; Lot III – 69,680 RON.
