SRACK periodic safety assessment report preparation services

Summary

This procurement concerns SRACK periodical safety assessment (PSVA) report preparation for the SRACK facility (cementation of liquid radioactive waste in buildings 150, 151/154, 158/2 and the 158/2 storage). The contractor will compile a PSVA in accordance with applicable requirements (DVSTa-0108-23 and related safety standards) and coordinate it with the State Nuclear Safety Inspectorate (VATESI). The PSVA must address SRACK modifications since previous PSVA, incorporate changes to regulations, waste composition, and operational data, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The process includes producing a quality assurance plan (within 30 calendar days of contract signing), PSVA draft (within 90 calendar days), review and responses (within 20 calendar days from PSVA draft submission), submission of the PSVA to VATESI by 10 March 2027, and final agreement with VATESI by 10 March 2028. All PSVA content and responses to Pirkėjas and VATESI comments must be prepared and submitted in Lithuanian.
