Reception and return center for the Southern region

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of a reception and return center for the Southern region by MigrMigration Agency. The center must provide a full package of accommodation and daily living services, including furnished rooms, information services, meals, hygiene products, laundry, and laundry facilities, as well as social spaces and work areas for MigrMigration Agency staff. An internet connection must be provided. The center must be flexible and adaptable to individual needs, and modular solutions may be used. Regular meetings with the Migration Agency will ensure good collaboration. The supplier must be able to deliver from contract start. The Migration Agency does not guarantee purchase volumes. The project duration is from 01 June 2027 to 31 May 2035, with up to three extensions of 2, 1 and 1 years.
