Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of 600 three-element, four-wire energy meters with accuracy class 0.2S, voltage ratings of 3 × 120 V / √3 V and 3 × 100 V / √3 V, current ratings of 1 A and 5 A, and the capability to measure power quality parameters in accordance with technical specification TMO-1105-MHE-EN02 of April 2026. The supplier must also provide training for the contracting entity’s maintenance staff: two groups of ten people, each trained for eight days, for a total of 20 technicians, at the contracting entity’s facilities in Kryoneri, Attica. The procedure is conducted in two phases. Electronic submission is required, the tender must be valid for four months, and the bidder must provide a EUR 33,000 tender guarantee, corresponding to 2% of the EUR 1,650,000 contract value excluding VAT and the option value. Electronic invoicing and an electronic catalogue are also required. The deadline for submitting tenders is 22 October 2026 at 14:00.
