The tender concerns Consultancy Services (Integrated Design Team) to enable the potential of Ballaghaderreen plots. Roscommon County Council intends to procure a multi-disciplinary Integrated Design Team to complete the preliminary design, statutory consent process (planning), detailed design, ER role and handover, for the redevelopment (regeneration) of an area of Town Core lands within Ballaghaderreen Town. A masterplan has been completed and the Integrated Design Team will take their lead from this place to deliver the elements within that plan. Note - no buildings are proposed at this time. The estimated total contract value is EUR 420,000 and the planned duration is 48 months. Tender submission deadline is 20 October 2026.
