Maintenance and remote intrusion detection surveillance services – 4 Districts

Summary

This tender concerns maintenance and remote intrusion detection surveillance services for four districts. The objective is to ensure continuous maintenance, technical support, and compliance with specified qualification requirements. The contract is divided into four lots (LOT-0001 to LOT-0004). For each lot, a minimum annual turnover of 50,000 EUR excluding VAT is required; with two lots the minimum is 100,000 EUR per year; with three or more lots the minimum is 150,000 EUR per year per lot (total per number of awarded lots). Bidder must demonstrate experience in intrusion-related services in the last three years (at least three similar engagements with amounts, dates and recipients). A minimum of six staff per lot is required, including project/site managers and HVAC/plumbing/electrical specialists. Required proofs include Interior Minister agrément and a monitoring center license, INCERT certificate for intrusion detection, and the DUME declaration. Tender validity is 120 days; tender guarantee is 5% of the initial lot amount (excluding VAT).
