Electronic locking system for traffic installations

Summary

Oslo Municipality’s Agency for Urban Environment is procuring a new electronic locking system for traffic installations, including replacement of existing mechanical locks and the supply, installation and commissioning of 600–800 lock cylinders and 15–20 keys. The procurement also covers the licence, operation and support of the system’s management software or cloud service, as well as system configuration and administrator training. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier for two years, with two possible one-year extensions; the estimated initial order covers approximately 200 installations and 400 locks.
