Electronic locking system for technical traffic installations

Summary

The tender concerns replacement of existing mechanical locks and the supply, installation, and commissioning of a new, complete electronic locking system for technical traffic installations. It includes lock cylinders, digital keys and the accompanying access control management system. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for two years, with an option to extend for 1+1 year, for a maximum contract duration of four years. Estimated needs: 600–800 lock cylinders and 15–20 keys. The key system can be based on physical keys or digital access via an app. The first call-off is planned immediately after contract signing, potentially including replacement at about 200 installations, equivalent to about 400 locks. The lock system installation is included; the service contract is not. The procurement includes licensing, operation and support of the software, and the establishment of the lock system, including administrator training and the creation of an account and access structures in cooperation with BYM.
