Summary

The tender concerns the transport and processing of A2 wood for Resources & Recycling at Vejle Municipality. The contractor will handle collection, transport, treatment and recycling of the collected A2 wood from the Vejle ResourceCenter and from the three recycling centers at Børkop, Egtved and Give, and must provide necessary containers throughout the contract. The aim is to maximize the share of wood recycled and to manage residues in accordance with applicable laws, including waste regulations. In 2025, the volume of wood for recycling (A2 wood) was 6,462 tons with 716 pickups for a load of two full containers from the four centers.
