Collection of municipal waste

Summary

The tender concerns the collection and transport of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties in the Słońsk municipality for 12 months, expected to run from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. The service covers mixed municipal waste, paper, glass, plastics, metals, bio-waste, clothing, bulky waste and electrical and electronic equipment, as well as the supply of containers and collection bags and disinfection of containers at least once a year. The bidder must hold the required activity and BDO registrations, third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, at least two properly completed waste-collection references involving a total of at least 1,500 Mg, the required vehicles and a four-person workforce. The tender guarantee is PLN 8,000; the evaluation assigns 80% to price, 5% to bulky-waste collection frequency and 15% to compliance of the vehicles with EURO 5 emission standards.
