Supply of water-supply fittings, shaped parts and emergency materials in lots

Summary

The tender covers the supply of water-supply fittings, shaped parts and materials for emergency needs in two lots. Lot 1 concerns pipe fittings made of different materials and with different external diameters; Lot 2 concerns high-density polyethylene (PEHD) fittings, including mechanical connection, butt-welding and electrofusion fittings. Supplies will be delivered on the contracting authority’s periodic orders, with the bidder responsible for transport to the warehouse in Stara Zagora within five working days after receipt of an order. The contract will run for 12 months. Participation requires compliance with the relevant turnover, experience and quality management requirements and submission of the required evidence. At contract signature, a performance guarantee must be provided: for Lot 1, 2% of the lot contract value or EUR 7,000, and for Lot 2, 2% of the lot contract value or EUR 9,000. The tender submission deadline is 21 October 2026.
