Cleaning services for the Parking Garage

Summary

The tender concerns regular cleaning of the Parking Garage building and related works. The contract covers cleaning of all parking areas, corridors, entry and exit routes, the technical back area and other related parts of the facility. It also includes cleaning of the staff areas of the Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava Transport Medical Service (FNO), including offices, social and hygiene facilities, according to specified tasks and frequencies. Additionally, irregular cleaning tasks may be performed upon client requests. The garage comprises five above-ground levels; Level 1 houses the staff areas; Levels 2-5 are parking areas; each level is about 4,000 m2. Cleaning is required year-round; in winter, snow removal and surface drying may be required; salting is not allowed due to surface composition, and a minimal salt storage is provided in a leased room.
