Selection of a Telephone Services Operator for the Ministry of Environment and Water and Its Structures – Two Lots

Summary

The tender covers the provision of telephone connectivity to the Bulgarian Ministry of Environment and Water and its structures in two lots. Lot 1 concerns GSM/UMTS mobile telephone services for approximately 1,150 SIM cards and 440 mobile internet cards. Lot 2 covers fixed telephone services for 291 direct lines, 24 ISDN BRA connections, 2 ISDN PRA connections and 5 VoIP-SIP connections, while retaining the existing telephone numbers. The services must comply with electronic communications legislation, the operator’s authorisations and applicable quality requirements.
