The procurement covers three separate framework agreements, each with a single economic operator, for extraordinary maintenance, upgrading and remediation works on water and wastewater networks and the connected treatment plants. There are three lots: North Zone, South Zone and the former CIS Sabina Romana area. A tenderer may submit bids for all three lots, but may be awarded a maximum of one lot. The estimated total value is EUR 20,505,600.14. Each lot has an estimated duration of 24 months, with up to 12 extensions indicated. Bids must be submitted by 23 October 2026 at 12:00, and a provisional and final guarantee is required for each lot.
