Installation of moving vehicle weighing systems on roads of national significance (Phase I)

Summary

The tender covers the design, installation and routine repair of moving vehicle weighing systems at six road sites of national significance, together with continuous maintenance and enforcement-control services for 60 months. The sites are on roads A1 at km 111.34 and km 225.68, A5 at km 52.94, A10 at km 45.42, A8 at km 26.40 and A2 at km 38.25. The tender must be submitted electronically in Lithuanian with the required forms, ESPD and national security declaration. Price is the only award criterion. Bidders must provide at least a 2% tender guarantee, a 5% performance guarantee, tender validity of at least 3 months and comply with environmental management system requirements.
