Summary

The contract concerns the supply of charcuterie and salads, fresh meat, poultry and meat preparations to approximately four locations of MKL vzw in Antwerp Province. The bidder must be able to supply all of these product groups at least weekly and, where possible, two or more times per week per location; rapid replenishment must also be possible in the event of stock shortages. Delivery must be possible every day on five days out of seven. This is a framework agreement with an initial term of two years starting on 1 January 2027, with the possibility of two silent one-year extensions. The estimated annual spend is approximately EUR 200,000 excluding VAT and the maximum framework value is EUR 800,000. The award criteria cover price, service, quality and flexibility. Participation requires compliance with the turnover, reference and food-safety requirements, and the tender must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 09:00.
