Framework agreement for the supply of gases and rental of pressure cylinders, 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of gases and the rental of pressure cylinders for 2027–2030, divided into three lots: bottled gases, liquid nitrogen and liquid helium. One supplier may be selected for each lot, and bidders may submit offers for and be awarded up to three lots. The contract covers deliveries to five regional locations of the Czech Metrology Institute. For the bottled-gas lot, pressure cylinders are rented and gases are delivered as required; for liquid nitrogen, the buyer’s own Dewar vessels are refilled; for liquid helium, a storage vessel is delivered temporarily and collected after the helium has been transferred. The estimated maximum framework value is CZK 8,700,000. The tender deadline is 21 October 2026 at 12:00. Electronic submission and electronic invoicing are required, variants are not permitted, and price is the only award criterion.
