Maintenance of parks, green areas and schoolyards in Thessaloniki

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for maintaining and upgrading parks, green areas and schoolyards in the Municipality of Thessaloniki. The work is divided into two lots and covers approximately 663.5 stremmas of parks and traffic islands, as well as 66 kindergartens, 68 primary schools, 38 lower-secondary schools and 46 upper-secondary and vocational schools. The services include tree and shrub maintenance, pruning, watering, fertilisation, lawn maintenance, removal of dead vegetation, cleaning, irrigation-network management and repairs, planting, preparation of flowerbeds, installation or sowing of lawns, and removal of weeds. The contract may also cover additional municipal green areas identified during its term. The estimated value is EUR 3,919,354.84 excluding VAT, and tenders must be submitted by 19 October 2026. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required.
