VITO framework agreement for patent maintenance fees

Summary

The procurement concerns a service for paying the maintenance fees of patents and patent applications in VITO’s intellectual property portfolio. A framework agreement will be concluded with up to two service providers; assignments will generally go to the highest-ranked provider and, in limited cases, to the second-ranked provider under a cascade arrangement.
