Supply, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of a MET data processing system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of an integrated MET data processing system for Austro Control at six air traffic locations: Salzburg, Innsbruck, Klagenfurt, Linz, Graz and Vienna. The system must operate on the contracting authority’s existing virtualisation platform and include documentation and IT training. The ATIS/D-ATIS components must be commissioned by 30 June 2028 at the latest, and full delivery and commissioning must be completed by 30 June 2029. An indefinite maintenance contract with 24/7/365 support is also required; certain additional functions and a 500-hour service allowance are optional.
