The tender concerns a parallel framework agreement for research and further development of the quality and delivery of Norway’s trade and craft examinations, including competence tests for training candidates. The work may include research, development, testing, evaluation and professional support, carried out in close cooperation with the contracting authority, counties, social partners, professional advisers, examination committees and other relevant stakeholders.
