Scaffolding works for the renovation and extension of Building L at IGS Trier

Summary

The tender concerns approximately 4,415 m² of working and protective façade scaffolding for the general renovation and extension of Building L at IGS Trier. The scaffolding will support structural works, roof waterproofing, photovoltaic installation, lightning protection and window installation. The three connected building sections have overall external dimensions of approximately 90 m × 42 m, while the extension is approximately 8.5 m × 33.5 m. The parapet height is approximately 8.5 m above the schoolyard and 12.5 m above ground level. Scaffolding works for the extension will be carried out in two construction phases. The tender submission deadline is 29 September 2026.
