Building cleaning services: City of Premnitz

Summary

The tender covers cleaning services divided into two lots: routine and special cleaning in Lot 1, and window and frame cleaning in Lot 2. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots, but each offer must cover all objects and individual services within the selected lot. The detailed service intervals, types and volumes are set out in the service specification and its annexes, especially the pricing sheets. The contracting authority may increase or reduce the areas and service intervals without a new procurement procedure within the limits of the applicable German procurement law. The contract will be awarded separately by lot; individual objects will not be awarded separately.
