Summary

The tender concerns parking space management using parking ticket machines on public roads in Berlin’s Tempelhof-Schöneberg district. The contractor must take over the existing machine inventory and continue operating it without interruption, while complying with statutory safety and public-order requirements and applicable technical rules. The service is expected to start on 1 October 2026, or at the latest upon conclusion of the contract. The service area covers zones 9, 17, 26–28, 55 and 84–92, with zone 97 expected to be added in 2027. The current inventory comprises 1,178 machines, with 312 machines planned to be replaced during 2027 and additional machines planned for new or expanded zones.
