Summary

The tender concerns the procurement, delivery and implementation of software for analysing, comparing and researching large volumes of data from several partly federated source databases and incident-related imports, including backups of digital evidence used by the Schleswig-Holstein Police. The solution must support 30 concurrent users, with a mandatory option to offer expansion to up to 75 concurrent users. The initial licence term is three years, with up to three 12-month extensions. The solution must include production, development and test systems and be capable of on-premise installation in a service provider’s IT environment. The procedure concerns classified information. Only economic operators established in an EU Member State, Iceland or Norway may participate, and tenders may not rely on subcontractors or subcontractor capacities established in third countries.
