Asbestos roof removal, roof replacement and energy systems installation at Athy Rugby Club

Summary

The works concern the removal and lawful disposal of approximately 830 m² of asbestos-containing roofing, gutters and downpipes at Athy Rugby Club, followed by installation of a new insulated roof and the design, supply, installation, commissioning and support of a solar photovoltaic system, battery storage and smart energy control system. The new roof system must have a planned service life of at least 50 years. Tenderers must attend the mandatory pre-tender site visit and survey and base their bids on their own measurements.
