Identity and Access Management Tool

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation and integration of an identity and access management (IAM) solution within ALDB GmbH’s existing IT infrastructure. The supplier must migrate existing data, perform comprehensive testing, provide ongoing German-language support and operate the solution entirely within ALDB’s infrastructure. The solution must support identity lifecycle processes, role and permission management, access requests, approval workflows, identity governance, reporting, audit logging and integrations with Active Directory, HR systems, databases and Kubernetes environments. Licences are required for a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years. The solution must provide secure backup and recovery, at least 95% monthly availability, training and acceptance procedures, and an exit concept. Production use must begin no later than 1 December 2026 after successful testing and acceptance. The submission deadline is 8 September 2026.
