Tender for a contract to supply biometric access cards

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of biometric access cards for recording whether residents of a departure centre comply with residence and/or reporting obligations. The cards must contain encrypted fingerprints and be usable only by the resident whose biometrics are recorded on the card. The contract also covers barcode cards, card readers, card-issuing equipment and staff training when the technical solution is introduced. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated value is EUR 4,000,000 and the submission deadline is 11 September 2026.
