Summary

The tender concerns non-exclusive framework agreements for medicines listed in the individual lots. Amgros I/S intends to supply the hospital pharmacies of Denmark’s five regions and may also resell the medicines to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. The framework agreements do not create an obligation to purchase, and the regional hospital pharmacies are not required to use them. The estimated value is EUR 49.7 million and the submission deadline is 28 September 2026.
