The tender concerns the conclusion of non-exclusive pharmaceutical discount agreements for medicines containing abiraterone, excluding the 500 mg strength (ATC L02BX03). DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude agreements with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible. The agreements are planned to run from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2027, with one possible 12-month extension, and will end automatically if an exclusive agreement enters into force.
