Open-house discount agreements for medicines 2024-10

Summary

The tender concerns open-house discount agreements for medicines and the active substances, combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in each lot. The contracting health insurance funds intend to conclude agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies under uniform conditions; individual negotiations and exclusivity are not provided. Participation is possible at any time during the contract period.
