The tender concerns a 24/7 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service delivered by a Security Operations Center (SOC) to strengthen Statens IT’s cybersecurity. The service must operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and include monitoring, analysis, detection, validation, escalation and handling of security incidents. The supplier must carry out a technical, organisational and process transition into the service, establish the necessary integrations with the contracting authority’s extended detection and response platform, provide ongoing MDR services, and support incident response, cyber crisis management and the controlled handover of services at the end of the contract.
