Event organisation: Networking of social economy entities – integration meeting for representatives of, among others, vocational activity establishments, occupational therapy workshops and non-governmental organisations

Summary

The contracting authority is seeking a service for the comprehensive organisation of an integration event for about 400 representatives of social economy entities from the Świętokrzyskie region. The service includes venue hire with equipment, stage set-up, catering, accident insurance, a coordinator and a sign-language interpreter. The event must take place within 35 km in a straight line from the contracting authority’s seat in Kielce and is scheduled for 18 September 2026, from 11:00 to 16:00. The contract is reserved for sheltered workshops, social cooperatives and other entities meeting Article 94 requirements, and the offer must be submitted electronically with the required declarations and supporting documents.
