24-hour direct protection of property and persons and video monitoring of the Kostrzyca Forest Gene Bank facilities

Summary

The contract concerns continuous direct physical protection of the Kostrzyca Forest Gene Bank’s property and persons, together with video monitoring of the facilities. The contractor must provide round-the-clock guard duty, patrols, reception/porter services, telephone switchboard support, key handling, logging of patrols and incidents, snow clearing, and support for alarm and intervention response. The tender is awarded on price only. To participate, the bidder must have a security licence/concession, civil liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000, relevant experience, a coordinator with the required education and experience, and the listed technical equipment. The bidder must also submit the standard declarations and evidence listed in the tender documents.
