Summary

The tender covers window and door construction works in an existing building in Munich. The scope includes dismantling 4 basement windows, 14 aluminium windows and 2 aluminium or steel-framed doors; temporary protection and weatherproofing measures; installing 13 plastic windows with aluminium external window sills; 13 steel windows without fire protection; 10 steel external doors without fire protection; and 1 fire-protected external door. The works also include installation of the alarm spider units specified in the scope. The works will be carried out in confined conditions, the building is protected as part of a historic ensemble, and the activities will largely be phased spatially and temporally.
