Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds, including criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and the bidder must confirm the absence of these grounds. If an exclusion ground exists, the bidder may be allowed to provide evidence of self-cleaning where the tender documents or applicable rules permit it. The machine-readable notice did not include any more specific exclusion requirements; they must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must prove technical and professional capacity with at least one reference contract completed properly within the last 60 months, covering construction of a new battery system with an energy capacity of at least 150 kWh. The reference contract may have started earlier than 60 months ago, but only the part handed over to and accepted by the client by the start of the procurement counts. If the bidder relies on another undertaking’s resources, it must also provide that undertaking’s details, the contract performed by it, and the evidence and consent required by the contracting authority. The bid must also include the battery system technical description and comply with all tender document requirements.
